To use this pool zone, add the following to your ntp.conf file:
server 1.vn.pool.ntp.org
server 1.asia.pool.ntp.org
1) Double click VMware vSphere Client
2) Put your ip, your username and password and hit Login
3) If the security warning comes out Click Ignore
4) Click your ESX server once which is at the top root
5) Click Configuration tab
6) On the left menus select Time Configuration
7) In the right side top corner click in Properties in the time configuration settings
8) Click Options
9) From the Left menus click NTP settings and then hit Add.. button
10) Type the IP of the NTP server of your time zone , you can get NTP server address or IP from http://www.pool.ntp.org and then hit ok
11) Make sure you have check mark on NTP Client Enabled and hit OK
12) in the recent Task it will show Update Date or Time and it should said Complete
